Hello
I’m Rachel Bobbitt—a strategist, storyteller, and creative force dedicated to building brands that connect on a human level. With a background spanning marketing, communications, and mental well-being, I’ve led cross-functional teams, launched campaigns that drive real impact, and brought ideas to life across sectors including tech, education, wellness, and financial services.

Whether I’m crafting messaging for startups, designing visuals that inspire action, or supporting mission-driven organizations through growth and transformation, I lead with empathy, clarity, and purpose. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and soul—where business goals meet authentic human connection.

I believe the best work happens when you stay curious, collaborate deeply, and create with intention. Let’s build something meaningful.

My Story
I’ve always been drawn to the power of storytelling—not just the kind that simply captures attention, but the kind that builds trust, sparks change, and brings people together. That instinct has guided my career across sectors and roles, from working behind the scenes on international marketing campaigns to leading strategic initiatives at mission-driven startups.

Early on, I cut my teeth in design, photography, and communications—skills that taught me how to see both the big picture and the smallest details. From there, I stepped into roles where I could shape brand narratives, launch campaigns, and build community—whether it was helping school districts communicate bond initiatives, marketing global auctions, or supporting organizations through digital transformation.

Today, I serve as a senior leader at Kindly Human, where I oversee marketing, sales, product solutions, and client success. We’re reimagining how people access emotional support through proactive, peer-driven connection—and I’ve had the privilege of helping scale that vision from a handful of clients to over 150,000 members nationwide. It’s work that blends my passion for mental wellbeing, my love for creative strategy, and my belief that human connection is the most powerful tool we have.

Across every chapter of my career, one thing has remained constant: I show up with heart, hustle, and a deep commitment to doing work that matters. I believe in clarity over complexity, impact over ego, and the kind of collaboration that turns good ideas into lasting change.
